Beginning
What started out at first as an amazing Social Media Marketing experience for Bellissimo Beauty Services, Ujudebug quickly turned into a trusted agency for their digital brand expansion. It was followed by some rigorous meetings between Bellissimo Beauty Services Founder, Mr. Pranjal Kalita, and Ujudebug executives to work of the idea to promote their brand digitally, and was finally agreed upon to start building a brand new website for the brand, and Mr. Pranjal Kalita retained Ujudebug to assist in promoting Bellissimo Beauty Services’s brand.
Scope of the project & Challenges
Although they have been to this business for a very long time, as a local traditional business they didn’t have any presence on the internet. We found an account on Google my business for Bellissimo Beauty Parlour Spa Salon & Training Institute on deep searching. Furthermore, that account is also auto-generated and thankfully nobody has claimed as the owner for that account till then. So the first thing we proceed to verify as a Primary Owner on Google My Business for their local outlet at Tezpur. The approval letter with verification from Google India took around 10 days to arrive. After verification, we create official accounts for the organization in Social Media platforms (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram). We also started working on the content for social media as well as the website. Our website designer started working on the website user interface and few sample logo has also generated for the first level of approval.

Evolution
Based on the user profiles and user journeys, as per the brand Strategy, we created the website from scratch. The site content was then organized and prioritized around key behaviors for their target audience. Emphasis was also provided for fluid user experience and to develop an interactive website, based on their type of business. Logo design has been confirmed as it needs to be placed over other places. Social media presence has been increased to cope up with the opponents, along with that the website development for admin panel and user end has also started.
Technical Aspect
Since Customer Service was the foremost concern for Bellissimo Beauty Parlour Spa & Salon, we developed an automated SMS notification platform, implemented directly within the website, for prompt notifications and feedback for every interaction that the users go through the outlet. The SMS platform was fully automated to keep users notified with their service terminations and provide a hassle-free experience for the users. May it be payments or other queries Bellissimo Beauty Parlour Spa Salon & Training Institute executives are notified of new connection queries or payments of existing customers.
User Experience

Admin can also update any content on the website and so on.
Result & Outcome
Social media interaction was found to be increased by 150% in the first month, and more users were interacting with the brand. An immediate response was also seen from the website as 20+ forms were filled online for new users to take the service, in the very first 10 days.
